This week, we attended a Facebook Session at the FFWD 2017 Conference in toronto. Speakers Erin Elofson, Director of Auto and Financial Services and Rick Malhotra, Director of Client Measurement from Facebook Canada discussed the steps that the financial services industry must take in order to adapt to the rapid shift to mobile.
